How does the wedding book work?

One of you starts a wedding book in the app and picks your dates. You get a private code and link to share with your guests. Each guest downloads the app, adds the day from their camera roll, and the app picks out their sharpest, most joyful shots. Everything is gathered into one book, laid out in order from the ceremony to the last dance. You preview it, swap anything you like, and order, and a hardcover book arrives at your door.

How many guests can contribute?

There is no fixed limit, but we would suggest around 50 contributors, more for a big wedding, fewer for an intimate one. The more guests who join, the more angles of your day you will capture.

How many photos do we need?

Accepted Answer

It works from around 30 photos, looks lovely with 50 or more, and really comes into its own with 150 or more from across the day. Do not worry about sorting the good from the bad, the app scores everyone's photos and keeps the best, so your guests can just add the day and let it choose.

How do we invite our guests to share their photos?

Accepted Answer

When you start your book you get a private link and a short event code. You can share them straight from the app to WhatsApp, email, messages and other apps, with no copying and pasting needed. Add them to your wedding website too, or print them on your invitations or save-the-dates, in the order of service, or on cards and signs on the tables, so guests can join in on the day.

How do our guests add their photos?

Guests download the free app, tap your link or enter the code, and it finds their best photos from your wedding dates and adds them to the book. It all runs on their own phone, so their camera roll stays private to them, and there is nothing to sort or upload by hand.

Do we make the book ourselves, or can a guest?

Either works. Most couples run it themselves: pick the dates, share the code, then build the book after the day. But a friend or family member can also host it as a surprise, gathering everyone's photos and ordering the book without you seeing it until it lands on your doorstep.

How long do guests have to add their photos?

Accepted Answer

Guests have 29 days after your wedding to add theirs. If they turn on notifications when they join, the app sends them a reminder to share their photos before the deadline, so nobody forgets.

How much does it cost, and what's included?

£99, paid once. That covers the whole book, printing, and free UK delivery. No subscription, no per-photo charges, and no hidden extras.

What's the book itself like?

An 8x8 inch hardcover with a soft matte cover, your names and chosen colour on the front and your date underneath. Inside, your guests' best photos are laid out in order across the day, in a book of up to 60 pages, larger than our yearbook, to hold everyone's moments. It is made to be handled and enjoyed, not boxed away.

Can we change the photos before it prints?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nothing is fixed until you order. You can preview every page, swap any photo for one you prefer, and add your own favourites. The app picks the selection, but the final say is always yours.
