Million Tiny Moments provides planning tools, family utilities, and content. Features may change as we improve the service.
Accounts and subscriptions
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Paid plans renew according to your billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.
Photobooks and orders
When you place an order you are purchasing a physical printed photobook, fulfilled by our print partner Gelato. Once an order is submitted for printing it cannot be cancelled or modified. If your book arrives damaged or with a printing error, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a reprint or refund.
Wedding books
A wedding book is created by a host who pays once and shares an event code with guests. Guests choose photos to contribute, which are added to the host’s book. The host controls the book and is the only person who can place the print order. Guests can contribute until the submission window closes (around 30 days). By contributing, you confirm you have the right to share the photos you submit and that people pictured are happy to appear; the host is responsible for the final book they order.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service in a way that could disrupt others.
Affiliate links and third parties
Some flight links direct to partner sites (for example booking platforms). Any booking, pricing, or contract for those services is between you and the third-party provider.
Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
