Who we are

Million Tiny Moments provides family tools, planning utilities, and content. We act as a data controller for account and marketing data.

Data we collect

• Account information such as email address and profile details.
• Family setup preferences (for paid personalisation features).
• Newsletter signup records, including consent timestamp and source.
• Technical data needed for service operation, security, and diagnostics.

Why we process your data

• To provide and improve the service (contract and legitimate interests).
• To send marketing emails where you have given consent.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Photos and photobooks

• Your own yearbook: photos are analysed entirely on your device. We never upload, store, or transmit them.
• Shared wedding books: when you contribute to a wedding book, the photos you choose are uploaded to our secure cloud storage so the couple’s book can be built and printed. They are shared with the couple who owns the book and our print partner, and deleted once the book is finalised (within about 45 days).
• The print-ready PDF is uploaded to send to our print partner for fulfilment and is retained briefly to resolve any printing or delivery issues, then automatically deleted (yearbooks within 14 days, wedding books within about 45 days).
• To fulfil an order we collect your name, delivery address, and email. The name/address used at payment may be collected from your payment provider to pre-fill delivery.

Who we share data with

We use trusted processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Gelato (print fulfilment), Vercel (secure cloud storage and hosting), Supabase (data storage), Resend (transactional email), and Sentry (diagnostics). Each operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data.

Marketing and consent

We send newsletters and product updates only when you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by contacting us.
